P & D Associates was formed as a result of two friends who were consistently being asked to work on various media and web projects.  They decided they needed to organize more, and thus P & D Associates was born.

Beginning in the early years of high school, Matthew Perkins and Dan Drusch were part of a small group of friends who formed a small production company (the term “production company” used very loosely).  Most of the videos they worked on were for the purpose of fulfilling school requirements.

Perkins and Drusch began to work on projects for the school ranging from video projects to full scale web deployments.  With the full support of the administration and their work as lead student computer technicians, they had access to whatever equipment the school had to offer and were listened to with an open ear when the school was looking to purchase any new piece of technology.

Even after graduating from Xavier, Perkins and Drusch are often seen walking the halls with administrative staff or working with web design classes.  They are nearing completion on Xavier’s latest undertaking, XavierRanks1.com, a recruitment website for the school.  This is a massive undertaking by recent alumni.  Perkins is leading the web development and deployment aspect of the task while Drusch handles the media requirements.
